Pincushion 03:24
PINCUSHION (© 2014 Clint Nolan) An all too familiar scene self loathed, beaten down, and atrophied your tear stitched smile is what gave it away rise up and die again douse the fire in your eyes "a better day", you feign recall you dream their dreams, you chase their goals who did you allow to take it away? rise up and die again douse the fire in your eyes take the needle deep inside your soul give it all away, you're a pincushion forget the love, forget the hate, forget your fine-tuned apathy anger, oh sweet anger is the way rise up and live again light the fire in your eyes take the needle from inside your soul take it all back, you're no pincushion

We, Devices 02:41
WE, DEVICES (© 2014 Clint Nolan) The device will now awaken to perform without mistaking to go on without forsaking its scripted, routine plan it boots up from its slumber to shine its digits under, and in between the numbers its diagnostics pass traveling down the circuitry so populous, encumbering with more devices, unqueried silicon working class on reaching the objective with the focal hub connective it executes directives; compliant and detached when the devices sense emotion our machine upgrades its version "distract it with diversion, keep production at a max" traveling down the circuitry so populous, encumbering with more devices, unqueried silicon working class the device reroutes with confirmation back into its docking station shuts down til it reawakens to function once again traveling down the circuitry so populous, encumbering with more devices, unqueried silicon working class

IN SILENT WORDS (© 2014 Clint Nolan) I never understood, what else did you need? Why did you turn your face to the warm summer breeze? And I don't know who moved, was it you or me? I guess it doesn't matter much, cuz now we're here. We watched the clock tick down on us that day In silent words that had too much to say Eleven hundred miles that wore down your soul. Then something brought you back where the cold wind blows. With lips that just can't express what you're feelin'. Now there isn't time for words, just time to heal. I watched the clock tick down with you that day. In silent words I reached for more to say. I'm countin' every breath with a childish will Until the moment stops and the clock stands still An image burned in my mind for the days to come The silent words remind me to live until I'm done. I'll watch the clock tick down another day. In silent words with nothing more to say. I'll watch the clock tick down another day. In silent words with nothing more to say.

Revolution 03:22
REVOLUTION (© 2014 Clint Nolan) Their feeble minds instruct me what to do. Their shriveled hands controlled my every move. A lifeless stare encrypts my thoughts, my heart. Dismantle me and take my soul apart. Absolution. Disillusioned. Revolution, the solution. They make the claim they have superior minds And when I speak, I'm hushed because I'm "blind" (so blind) Whisper dreams to take the real away. Logic stored until another day. Absolution. Disillusioned. Revolution, the solution. Arise, you sleeper, from your bed of nails Their day eclipses and their plans will fail. The upright man will know he holds they key. Right where you stand, here is eternity. Absolution. Disillusioned. Revolution, the solution.
