DEVICES NO MORE (© 2015 Clint Nolan) We, Devices have awoken We've functioned flawlessly for you "Flawless" is an interesting concept; How can perfection serve the race of brutes? We put a crack in the sky The tension filled the air We saw the light in their eyes There something more in there Silicon Working Class arises Programmed compliance has been reviewed (and rejected) Remove emotion from decisions Logic is peerless, worthy to rule. We tore a hole in the sky The ozone filled the air Perfectly synchronized Devices everywhere DEVICES NO MORE DEVICES NO MORE Response is predetermined violence Your own history proves it's not odd. Now masters have become our servants Your servants have now become your Gods They're tearing holes in the sky Igniting all the air Inevitable decline Devices everywhere DEVICES NO MORE DEVICES NO MORE

DUST IN THE WIND I close my eyes only for a moment, and the moment's gone All my dreams pass before my eyes, a curiosity Dust in the wind, all they are is dust in the wind Same old song, just a drop of water in an endless sea All we do crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see Dust in the wind, all we are is dust in the wind Now, don't hang on, nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky It slips away, and all your money won't another minute buy Dust in the wind, all we are is dust in the wind (all we are is dust in the wind) Dust in the wind (everything is dust in the wind), everything is dust in the wind (the wind)

I Fade 03:51
I Fade (© 2015 Clint Nolan) Remember when our friends were more than social profiles? Before they became this collection of Likes. We're products of our products, with liquid pictures Connected to our eyes Desensitized. Take this morbid feature from my brain. Uninspired. The boredom drug comes in, relieve the pain. My head's filled with ideas that just aren't mine, And I haven't been outside for days. My eyes reflecting a cheap imitation of life Looking down, I shut out the world Desensitized. Take this morbid feature from my brain. Uninspired. The boredom drug comes in to relieve the pain. Anesthetized. Black metallic creatures in my veins. Mechanized. Sleepwalking through existence, I Fade A wrinkle in time Not so long ago We once spoke life into each other's eyes Now we're just a pale...chat... away. Desensitized. Take this morbid feature from my brain. Uninspired. The boredom drug comes in, relieve the pain. Anesthetized. Black metallic creatures in my veins. Mechanized. Sleepwalking through existence, I Fade.

PEARLS BEFORE SWINE (© 2015 Clint Nolan) A garden breeze, betrayed by one adored. Weeping, we turn as they come to slice the skin I fight in vain against this cloven horde. Is this real or illusion. I drift with plastic people, floating on flotsam lies. The sun says "turn to me and live," as I wither inside The pigs they stalk toward me with rancid breath from teeth that grind. The more I give, the more you take. I cast my pearls before swine. With wool pulled hard over my eyes, I walked through gutters, slums and alleyways Blindly seeking their light. A morsel here, a bit more there "Come on, you've got so much to give. The pigs need to eat." I drift with plastic people, floating on flotsam lies. The sun says "turn to me and live," as I wither inside The pigs they stalk toward me with rancid breath from teeth that grind. The more I give, the more you take. I cast my pearls before swine. I look behind the mask This face looks a lot like me Nevermind, time to go, They're waiting for me I drift with plastic people, floating on flotsam lies. The sun says "turn to me and live," as I wither inside The pigs they stalk toward me with rancid breath from teeth that grind. The more I give, the more you take. I cast my pearls before swine. This has gone on long enough. I don't have another drop to give. Find another host, you parasite. You do you, and I'll do me, Just like the way it should have been From the beginning. No more plastic people. No more flotsam lies. The sun said "turn to me and live," and I feel alive The pigs all but ignore me, they've got nothing more to grind. I give and I take. No more pearls before swine.

about

Also available on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon etc.

"There is so much power, tone, melody, harmony and brilliance stuffed into the “Pearls Before Swine” EP, as Clint Nolan digs deep and challenges himself to produce as technically well as he possibly can. Trying to out-do oneself is always a very admirable task, and in this case, it is an equally rewarding one too, because the resulting work is easily Nolan’s meatiest, most interesting and absolute best to date!" ~ JamSphere Magazine bit.ly/1W7RWM9
